Storing your data
When placing an order with Unimove we collect your information for the purpose of providing an accurate and efficient service. Your details are held in our secure server for processing the order. Your delivery address for packing kits is shared with the Packing Kit Company for sending the packing boxes. Other than for the packing it delivery address no other data is shared with any third party.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. A Cookie simply remembers factors about the details collected above that can help to make the website load faster for you and make your experience more bespoke.

The information we collect via cookies and general browsing is not connected to your personal identity so this information is not used in anyway to market to you or collect data on your individual identity such as Name, Address or Email. For example we may know that ‘someone’ looked at ‘the book a delivery page’ but we will not know that persons name, email address or personal contact details. Just that they were browsing in the the midlands of the UK for example.
If you have made an enquiry via a form or email we have you details on file in order to respond to queries and to follow up with any additional information. This will be information you would have provided during your enquiry. Via our newsletter signup form or through one of our online enquiry forms. You may have confirmed at this stage you would like to receive our email communications from Unimove in the form of newsletters or offers by ticking a box to confirm such communications. If so you may receive the occasional email newsletter from Unimove. The data we hold on our clients is used for managing your booking. We will not sell your data to any third party. Your data will still be held on our system after the order has been completed. If you would like removal of any data we will remove at your request. In line with the GDPR.
